How long is the delivery time?

We attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible. The time can vary depending on the location of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

MAKE wants to cater to the needs of people all over the world. Therefore there is no restriction in location.

How much are the shipping cost?

Unfortunately we have to charge you with shipping costs. However we want to make you aware of the different offers we provide monthly.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item(s)?

Sorry to see that you aren’t satisfied with your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item(s) please contact the customer service.

Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

Ofcourse you will get a full refund of your order. You can choose to receive the full amount back in the same manner you made the payment or you can request a gift card with 5% off your next order.

When do I get my refund?

MAKE strives to get you the refund as soon as we receive the items in perfect condition. The item should be free of stains, deodorant or other signs of wear. The labels should also still be attached. Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating when u will receive the refund.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

Our sincere apologies for receiving a faulty item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a store yet. You can make a purchase through our online platforms (Webshop, Instagram & Facebook).

Do I need to set up an account to order something online?

No, you don't need to set up an account but you can if you want to. To order an item without setting up an account please continue as guest when proceeding to check out.

I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

Please contact customer service within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our utmost best to send your order to the correct address.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contact custumor service within 12 hours of placing your order.

Will you restock sold out items?

Probaly not, our items are unique.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

No, the only additional costs will be shipping costs as mentioned above.
